With the help from Sophomore Joziah Barajas, Junior Nolan Carpenter, and Freshman Christopher Klueg, Arvada high school placed 14th at the city championship meet. One of Arvada amazing Shot put and disc throw players Amanda Donald going from her old PR 40-3ft to her new PR to 43-5ft. Amanda said “Even though I didn’t place, I’m very proud of myself for improving my disc throw and being more focused. My goal for the next meet is to place and get a new PR and shot put.”
