The 2023-2024 volleyball season comes to an end. The season started off at our home gym on August 23rd. They played a long 5 set match up against the Alemeda pirates resulting to a devastating loss. However it did not keep their focus away from finishing the season. The volleyball team ended their season with a 10-13 record.
The volleyball team Lost to Bennett (3-0), DSST Montview (3-0), DSST Collegeview (2-0), George Washington (2-0), Littlelton (2-0), Fort Lupton (3-0), KIPP Denver Collegiate (3-0), Lake County (3-0), Middle Park (3-0), all devastating loses for the Bulldogs. Alemeda (5-2), Arrupe Jesuit (3-2), Manual (3-2), wheat ridge (2-1) they fought to the very end and didn’t give up.
They took the win over Rocky Mountain Prep SMART (3-0), Sheridan (3-0), Bruce Randolph (3-0), AWCPA (3-0), Pinnacle (3-2), Platte Canyon (3-2). They had a 3-1 win over Englewood, making history for it has been about 7 years since the volleyball team where able to get a win over the Englewood pirates. The volleyball team ended their season by placing 1st in a home tournament where they matched up again with The Pinnacle and Platte Canyon High school wiping them both clean with a 2-0 run to close up the season. Overall a great season for the volleball team.
