Full season recap
The Softball team ended with 9 successful wins and 12 losses, they ended up being 3-3 in the league and 4th 3A frontier most win games being the Away games 6-3. And with the most losses being Home games 2-6. The neutral games ended with 1 win and 3 losses.
The first game of the season had them going down because they went up against Vista PEAK Prep and were able to score 14-4 points. With Alicia Montoya being 1st for Arvada and averaging Pa 3. Ab 2. R 2. H 2. The recent game they had played was not a good game being 20 points for the vikings and 5 points for Arvada Bulldogs. Couldn’t see who was the player of the game because the statues were not updated. Their recent flawless win was against Centaurus (Lafayette) ending the game with 20-5. With Alicia Montonya being the player of the game having 4 runs.
The softball team tournament game had happened on the 14 which was an away game. The teams last game had ended with the score being 1-13 against University Bulldogs and stats are not updated yet. The Arvada Bulldogs Softball team have been on a rough route with their games. They had beat Platte Canyon by 29-14 which was the most points they put up in a winning game. The Arvadas Softball team was beaten by the Jefferson Saints. By 22-20 and that was the highest score they had on them in the season.
The Softball team had some games where they blew out teams but the amount of points they had scored was 0-12 against Skyview Wolverines putting up 0 points. Some of the Teams that Arvada had lost to had only put up 2 through 10 points in a game. And are at 4 wins and 9 losses. On the 8/18 Arvada went up against Thornton which had lost their game with being 5-8 and Arvada ending up with the loss. For the players who had helped out that game were Alicia Montoya and Alyssa Moreno.
This was one of the midseason games for Arvada going up against the Northglenn Norsemen. Although through the game Arvada lost with the score being 2-12 Norsemen winning the game. The best players for that game were Alicia Montoya and Alyssa Moreno. Another midseason game was up against the Centaurus Warriors
